About the Company

Baton AI is building the enterprise automation platform for cross-application workflows. We help solutions engineering and implementation teams automate customer onboarding and product setup, turning customer requirements into executable workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the founding team to turn Baton’s sales motion into a repeatable GTM engine across outbound, pipeline generation, content, partnerships, and customer expansion.
• Build the systems and internal tools behind that motion, using AI and automation to eliminate manual work.
• Translate customer conversations into sharper messaging, stronger sales collateral, case studies, ROI narratives, and GTM playbooks.
• Take on high-priority projects that sit between functions to define problems and drive work to completion.
• Act as a trusted extension of the founders by synthesizing context across customers, product, and sales.
• Draft key communications, prep for important meetings, and track decisions.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in startups, consulting, finance, investing, operations, or growth
• Extremely high agency and ability to drive work forward independently
• AI-native and automation-minded with daily use of AI tools
• Sharp communication skills to turn messy information into simple narratives
• Analytical and detail-obsessed with ability to run multiple workstreams
• Ability to work in person in San Francisco

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at an early-stage B2B SaaS or AI company
• Exposure to solutions engineering, implementation, professional services, or enterprise software
• Experience with outbound, partnerships, events, content, or founder-led sales
