Arch powers frontline industries with cutting-edge AI. The $800B US frontline-services sector still runs on spreadsheets, outdated software, and paper forms, and we are bringing modern AI to the businesses that need it most. We are a team of six, backed by $6M+ in seed funding from investors including Coatue and Mike Schroepfer.

Responsibilities

  • Build the go-to-market engine from the ground up alongside the CEO
  • Generate qualified pipeline through aggressive outbound efforts, including cold calling and building sequences
  • Conduct direct outreach such as visiting contractor offices and attending industry trade shows
  • Own the pipeline, transition into closing deals, and eventually lead the sales process independently
  • Act as the voice of the customer to directly shape product priorities
  • Build the sales machine by defining ICP clarity, messaging, talk tracks, and objection handling

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B sales
  • Experience running discovery calls and closing deals
  • Proven track record of building and owning pipelines
  • Ability to communicate effectively with C-suite executives (CEOs, COOs, CMOs)
  • High level of grit and ability to work independently without hand-holding

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in tech startup sales
  • Experience in SMB or mid-market sales
  • Familiarity with the home services industry or the ServiceTitan ecosystem
