Founding GTM, AI Equipment Technology

Responsibilities

• Drive demand generation through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and trade show attendance
• Own the full sales cycle from initial discovery and demos to negotiation and closing
• Build the company's GTM playbook by documenting successful motions and systematizing processes
• Travel to the field 1–2 times per month to meet customers and attend industry trade shows
• Act as an intelligence pipeline by feeding market insights and customer feedback to the founding team
• Maintain high CRM hygiene using HubSpot or Salesforce to manage the sales pipeline

Requirements

• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, specifically in BDR/SDR or early AE roles
• Proven track record of outbound prospecting and generating pipeline from scratch
• Experience selling to "real-world" operators (e.g., manufacturing, construction, home services, or industrial sectors)
• Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Ability to work in-person at our San Francisco office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling into industrial, construction, agricultural, or equipment rental verticals
• Experience working in a high-growth, early-stage startup environment
