praxipal develops AI-powered specialists for the healthcare industry of tomorrow. Our AI receptionist, Luna, already automates patient communication in medical practices. As market leaders in orthodontics with significant funding, we are scaling into other medical specialties.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for lead generation and ensure growth through reliable inbound channels
- Test, monitor, and optimize cross-channel growth initiatives in close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams
- Build a measurable, scalable, and predictable funnel with clear reporting via dashboards and revenue forecasts
- Work with top-tier agencies or freelancers to implement growth strategies rapidly
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Growth, Marketing, or Business Development with a focus on lead generation
- Deep understanding of positioning, messaging, and demand generation
- Ability to quickly test, monitor, and iterate on growth initiatives across channels
- Combination of creative flair and data-driven execution
- Passion for rethinking growth using cutting-edge AI
- Professional fluency in German and English
