Requirements

• 3-6 years in growth, creative, or performance marketing
• Proven experience running paid campaigns with measurable results
• Fluency with AI tools for creative production, copy, and research
• Ability to work independently without a large supporting team
• Strong editorial skills and a curatorial eye
• First-principles thinker with a focus on high-leverage actions
