About the Company

Alaro is an AI-native law firm, built to deliver clear, timely legal judgment for real estate private equity firms, investment funds, financial institutions, and corporates. Founded in September 2025 and backed by tier-one VCs, we combine senior expertise with intelligent systems to accelerate routine work and critical decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own the website end-to-end, including messaging, structure, conversion, speed, and SEO
• Run and ship CRO experiments across landing pages, pricing, and CTAs
• Build demand channels including SEO, content, paid media (LinkedIn, Google), partnerships, and lifecycle email
• Own marketing analytics and attribution
• Partner with the GTM team and founders on positioning and content to close deals

Requirements

• 3+ years in B2B growth or product marketing, ideally at a Seed to Series B startup
• Demonstrable wins in website conversion or paid acquisition
• AI-native workflow using frontier models (OpenAI Codex, Claude, Claude Code)
• Proficiency with modern stacks: Webflow, Framer, Next.js, GA4, PostHog, HubSpot, Ahrefs, or Semrush
• Strong written taste and copywriting skills
• Bias toward shipping and execution
• Evidence of agency or side projects (writing, events, or independent builds)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B legal tech or professional services
• Basic SQL knowledge
