Founding Growth Hacker

Responsibilities

• Own consumer-side user acquisition specifically targeting job seekers
• Partner with founders and engineering to pioneer new growth avenues
• Design and execute Product-Led Growth (PLG) and technical SEO/GEO strategies
• Identify growth bottlenecks, test hypotheses, and execute autonomously
• Scale the platform from 1M to 10M+ monthly active users

Requirements

• Technical understanding of software and ability to collaborate with engineers
• Proven experience in PLG and technical SEO/GEO strategies
• Deep expertise in consumer behavior and marketing to everyday users
• Extreme grit, hustle, and a startup mindset
• Ability to commit 50+ hours per week in-person at our Cupertino office
