About the Company

Confido is the AI infrastructure powering modern CPG. We provide an AI-native operating system for brands that sell into brick-and-mortar retail, helping companies like OLIPOP and Tropicana automate finance, accounting, sales, and operations. We are a fast-growing, in-person team in New York City, recently backed by a $15M Series A.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute innovative marketing initiatives across social media, events, email campaigns, and digital content
• Develop high-quality content including newsletters, video tutorials, and product announcements
• Maintain and optimize the company website to support feature releases and drive inbound leads
• Make data-driven decisions regarding growth strategies and investment priorities
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in early-stage marketing, growth, investment banking, consulting, or investing
• Ability to develop creative and compelling content for various buyer personas
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to market feedback
• Willingness to work at our NYC Headquarters 5 days a week
