Responsibilities

• Execute across multiple growth channels including paid ads, outbound infrastructure, and conversion optimization
• Manage LinkedIn UGC, events, conferences, and strategic partnerships
• Drive business growth using diverse methods and iterate based on performance
• Own outcomes end-to-end with high ownership and output

Requirements

• 2+ years in a growth role, startup ops, or high-performance environments
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding goals
