About the Company
Navi captures everything a pilot sees and hears and turns it into automated debrief intelligence. The platform is live at flight schools, business jet operators, and the U.S. Air Force.
Responsibilities
- Architect multi-channel outbound systems including email, LinkedIn, and enterprise segmentation
- Own discoverability through SEO, GEO, and AI-native distribution
- Stand up the GTM tooling stack including CRM hygiene and attribution
- Transform inbound and social channels into a consistent content engine
- Build co-marketing and partner motions across the aviation and defense ecosystem
- Analyze pipeline signals to optimize conversion and velocity
Requirements
- Experience building go-to-market machinery from zero
- Ability to instrument funnels and analyze conversion, velocity, and CAC math
- Proficiency in AI-first workflows and automation
- Background in growth, GTM-engineering, or founding roles at early-stage startups
- Experience in aviation sales with an established industry network
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building organic-growth or content engines
- Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zapier/n8n
- Ability to write code or build scrapers and AI agents
- Strong perspective on AI's impact on outbound and distribution
