Responsibilities

• Build real-time voice agents using LiveKit, Pipecat, Twilio, Deepgram, and ElevenLabs
• Design agentic LLM workflows and agent harnesses on OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini models
• Ship full-stack features end-to-end using Python/FastAPI and TypeScript/React
• Build pipelines that transform thousands of conversations into actionable themes and recommendations
• Implement observability, evals, and guardrails for non-deterministic systems
• Shape engineering culture, tooling, and architecture as a foundational hire

Requirements

• Strong engineering fundamentals with experience shipping production systems end-to-end
• Hands-on LLM experience including prompting, structured output, retrieval, and evals
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript
• Ability to own problems end-to-end and iterate fast with real users

Preferred Qualifications

• Real-time voice or audio experience (LiveKit, Pipecat, WebRTC, telephony, STT/TTS)
• Data pipeline or analytics engineering experience
• Early-stage startup experience or 0-to-1 product ownership
