Founding Full-stack/Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build polished, high-quality user interfaces using React and Next.js
• Own backend API routes and manage complex data flows across Firebase, Elasticsearch, Redis, and Stripe
• Construct and maintain large-scale data pipelines utilizing LLMs
• Drive product decisions by bridging engineering, data, and design to improve job discovery
• Ship features directly to a rapidly growing user base of over 1 million monthly active users

Requirements

• Strong programming fundamentals and expertise in systems design
• Proven experience shipping full-stack products
• Proficiency with React and Next.js for frontend development
• Experience with backend API development and managing data infrastructure
• Ability to learn fast and dive deep into unfamiliar technical problems
• Obsessive attention to detail, quality, and correctness
