Founding Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own and build end-to-end product features across the stack including frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Architect scalable systems capable of handling billions of monthly events
• Work with TypeScript, Postgres, and AWS to build and evaluate technical stacks
• Leverage AI coding tools like Cursor and Windsurf to accelerate development
• Optimize for developer experience, performance, and reliability
• Collaborate directly with founders on product roadmap and technical direction
• Contribute to company culture, processes, and hiring as an early team member

Requirements

• 2 to 6 years of professional experience
• Strong experience in TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks
• Experience with scalable data systems such as Postgres, data pipelines, and distributed infrastructure
• Proficiency with AWS or other cloud platforms and infrastructure automation
• Extensive use of AI coding copilots in daily workflows
• Hustler mindset with the ability to move fast and iterate
• Passion for building 0 to 1 products in fast-moving environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in marketing tech, ad tech, or analytics platforms
