Founding Full-Stack Engineer

Dryft builds intelligent systems that automate complex human decisions in manufacturing operations. We are a small, talent-dense team backed by leaders from Amazon, Facebook, Stripe, and Applied Intuition, as well as General Catalyst and Neo.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable systems combining agent-based reasoning with mathematical optimization and simulation
• Develop decision intelligence on top of large-scale industrial data
• Work directly with customers daily to refine product direction
• Ship production code end-to-end across backend, infrastructure, and basic frontend features

Requirements

• Experience building data-intensive, multi-tenant production systems
• Proficiency with Redis, Postgres, and orchestration frameworks
• Strong backend and infrastructure skills
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco
• Strong product sense

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Clickhouse
• Experience building scalable, interpretable, data-driven agents
