Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle including discovery, demos, negotiations, and closing
- Drive pipeline growth through inbound leads and scrappy outbound efforts
- Navigate complex deals by partnering with practice owners
- Relay customer insights to product and engineering teams to influence the roadmap
- Define the sales motion by developing repeatable playbooks and optimizing CRM hygiene
- Cultivate long-term customer relationships to drive retention and referrals
