Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle including discovery, demos, negotiations, and closing
  • Drive pipeline growth through inbound leads and scrappy outbound efforts
  • Navigate complex deals by partnering with practice owners
  • Relay customer insights to product and engineering teams to influence the roadmap
  • Define the sales motion by developing repeatable playbooks and optimizing CRM hygiene
  • Cultivate long-term customer relationships to drive retention and referrals
