Founding Frontend Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own and build core frontend product experiences
• Design and implement key workflows across Hera’s product
• Translate craft and taste into product quality through interaction design and UI polish
• Work closely with users to build with real-world context
• Help set frontend engineering standards, code quality, and system cleanliness
• Operate with high autonomy to identify opportunities and move quickly

Requirements

• Strong frontend engineering fundamentals
• Clear appreciation for product craft, quality, and user experience
• Experience building intentional and polished products
• Self-directed and highly autonomous ownership mentality
• Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and AWS services
• Comfort with modern AI-native workflows
