Founding Forward Deployed Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Run on-site discovery at partner accounts to meet with executive sponsors, clinicians, and integration teams to scope engagements.
• Lead a small pod through focused, sprint-style engagements to solve specific workflow gaps.
• Own the product and feature decisions for engagements, partnering with Partner Success on commercial relationships.
• Decide which features to build, decline, or route to the core product roadmap to ensure scalability.
• Partner with internal product and engineering teams to integrate field learnings back into the core Abridge platform.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping products end-to-end.
• Strong user empathy and high product taste to deliver delightful user experiences.
• Ability to manage technical tradeoffs and maintain cross-functional credibility with engineers and executives.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to create clear roadmaps in messy problem spaces.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% for on-site partner engagements.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from our San Francisco office (in-person Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare or clinical workflow experience.
• Familiarity with Epic or other EHR platforms.
• Prior experience in a forward-deployed, solutions engineering, or customer-facing product role at an enterprise AI company.
