About the Company

Voxel is building the future of Computer Vision and Machine Learning for operations, risk, and safety. We use computer vision and AI to enable existing security cameras to automatically detect hazards and high-risk activities, keep people safe and drive operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Architect and write end-to-end systems (frontend, backend, infrastructure) for enterprise deployments
• Integrate computer vision models with existing facility infrastructure and legacy data streams
• Rapidly prototype and deploy product capabilities to unblock strategic enterprise deals
• Lead the end-to-end design of technical solutions working with the Field CTO and customers
• Build internal tooling, reusable components, and automated workflows to scale the engineering function
• Document systems, tooling, and architecture

Requirements

• High velocity, generalist engineering capability with a track record of shipping production-ready software
• Expertise in either Full-Stack Engineering or Perception Engineering
• Ability to move from idea to implementation with minimal structure
• Experience building software in fast-moving startup environments
• Skilled at using generative AI tools to accelerate development
• Comfortable working directly with enterprise operators to translate bottlenecks into code

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Interest in building and shaping a new engineering function
