About the Company

Sandstone is on a mission to elevate in-house legal from a support function into a true strategic partner. We are building an AI-native platform that enables modern legal teams to move at the speed of AI, unify legal data, and power end-to-end workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build software end to end that enables the success of our largest customers by understanding pain points and delivering high-quality solutions
• Own a portfolio of accounts to establish a foundation for long-term adoption and measurable client outcomes
• Drive sustained product adoption through structured enablement programs and proactive usage optimization
• Act as a strategic advisor to legal and operational leaders to uncover new use cases
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate customer feedback into actionable roadmap insights
• Design and operationalize Sandstone's engagement playbook at scale

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Full Stack Engineer, or related role in high-growth B2B SaaS
• Experience as a technical founder of a startup is also valued
• Demonstrated track record of entrepreneurship and success in unstructured environments
• High emotional intelligence and empathy for customer needs
• Ability to own senior stakeholder relationships and drive commercial outcomes
