About the Company

Jampack is building the agentic operating system for wholesale, replacing manual processes with autonomous workflows. Recently backed by a $3.2M seed round led by Maveron, Jampack powers high-growth brands by handling purchase order ingestion, freight coordination, invoicing, and payment reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Own customer onboarding end to end, including discovery, integration, configuration, testing, and go-live
• Embed with operators to map purchase-order-to-cash workflows and design setups on Jampack
• Build and troubleshoot integrations across EDI, ERP, inventory systems, accounting, and freight
• Translate real-world operational requirements into clean data models and new product capabilities
• Act as the technical bridge between customers and the engineering team

Requirements

• 3+ years in forward deployed, solutions, implementation engineering, or technical onboarding
• Proficiency with APIs, data models, SQL, and debugging integrations
• Ability to read and write code as needed
• Strong systems thinking skills to untangle complex people, process, and technology problems
• Experience in CPG, supply chain, logistics, or ERP/integrations is a significant plus
