About the Company

Hyperscale is building the AI-native intelligence layer for physical operations, starting with trucking carriers. We are a team of ex-Samsara engineers and fleet operators automating the highest-volume back-office workflows with agentic AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery calls with carrier IT, operations, and executive teams
• Design proof-of-concept configurations mapping AI agents to customer use cases
• Run tailored product demos and execute pilot programs with clear success metrics
• Travel to customer sites (up to 25% travel) to embed with operations teams
• Answer RFPs, security questionnaires, and lead technical deep-dives with buyer IT teams
• Scope integrations including APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines
• Support initial deployment, data mapping, and workflow configuration

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a software engineer or full stack engineer
• Proven track record of building and shipping real products end to end
• Strong foundation in full stack development, APIs, webhooks, and system architecture
• High agency and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Willingness to travel to customer locations and engage directly with users
• Scrappy and gritty approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying AI/ML products in production
• Background in logistics, trucking, or fleet operations
• Prior experience as a solutions engineer or implementation engineer
• Experience with enterprise integrations, ETL pipelines, or middleware
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
