Founding Forward Deployed Engineer

About the Company

Dataleap raised $3M from YC and prominent angels to build the agentic operating system for the enterprise. The company is experiencing rapid growth, doubling revenue every month with significant enterprise demand.

Responsibilities

• Embed with large DACH customers to run workshops, hackathons, and implementation sprints on-site.
• Ship end-to-end high-leverage use cases including complex agents, custom integrations, and MCP servers.
• Act as a technical peer to customer CTOs and platform teams.
• Identify product limitations during customer implementations and work with engineering to fix them.
• Build agents to automate internal workflows and eliminate manual tasks.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering skills with the ability to go deep into technical stacks.
• Practical experience as an AI engineer shipping agentic systems and LLM features.
• Proficiency with AI-native development tools like Claude Code and Cursor.
• Ability to scope and execute complex use cases rapidly.
• Experience shipping products from scratch (founder or early-employee experience preferred).
• Native-level German fluency.
• Based in Munich or willing to relocate to Munich.
• High agency, high ownership, and high clock speed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Go.
• Experience with SAP or legacy enterprise tooling integrations.
