Responsibilities

• Sit with end-users and client engineers to understand real workflows and underlying problems
• Translate target-state processes into technical solutions including architecture, data models, and integrations
• Build full-stack solutions using TypeScript backend, React frontend, and LLM orchestration
• Demo working software early and often to incorporate user feedback
• Make real-time trade-offs between speed, quality, and cost
• Own observability and evals to ensure system reliability in customer environments
• Earn trust with client engineering and security teams regarding API access and data flows
• Develop reusable components and patterns to accelerate future engagements

Requirements

• Proven builder background with experience taking systems from zero to production
• Fluency with modern AI tooling including LLM APIs, tool/function calling, and agent frameworks
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript (backend) and React (frontend)
• Expert use of AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor to accelerate shipping speed
• Strong customer-facing instincts and ability to communicate with users
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and unfamiliar domains
• Fluency in English; German is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience automating business processes in the ERP space (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Background in consulting, solutions engineering, or founding/building products end-to-end
