Responsibilities

• Architect and tune customer and channel-partner deployments end-to-end including API integrations, third-party data integrations, SDKs, and latency constraints
• Write production code across the stack using TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Node.js, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, and AWS
• Serve as a technical voice with customer engineering leadership and make architectural calls in real time
• Own the engineering track of QBRs for accounts and serve in on-call escalation paths
• Turn work into reusable platform primitives and documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing production-ready software
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Forward Deployed Engineering or Solutions Engineering
• Strong backend and API fluency
• Ability to make and defend technical decisions under ambiguity
• Strong technical communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at companies with strong Forward Deployed Engineering cultures (e.g., Palantir, Scale AI, Ramp, Plaid, Stripe)
• Familiarity with identity, fraud, KYC/KYB, or financial services infrastructure
• Experience with SDK development or embedded front-end integrations
