Founding Fellow, New Indications

Responsibilities

• Lead the expansion of Ataraxis’s pan-cancer AI platform to new cancer types beyond breast cancer
• Source real-world datasets, clinical trial datasets, and biobank resources to support AI model development and evaluation
• Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical advisors, and research collaborators to validate hypotheses and identify partners
• Create internal knowledge assets, including memos and draft collateral, to prepare for future medical affairs and sales teams
• Work directly with the CEO to execute new indication launches at high velocity
• Partner with engineering and research teams to inform the development of clinical-grade models

Requirements

• 2+ years of industry experience in biotech, pharma, diagnostics, healthcare strategy, management consulting, or finance
• Ability to quickly and independently process complex scientific and medical topics
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences, from medical experts to software engineers
• A strong bias for action and the ability to prioritize ruthlessly in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to connect R&D efforts to customer experience and product quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, NP, or Master’s) in life sciences, cancer biology, or related fields
• Experience writing academic or scientific content, such as peer-reviewed manuscripts or grant applications
• Experience presenting scientific content to professional audiences
