Founding Enterprise Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Run the technical sales motion including discovery, architecture, demos, and security reviews
• Deep dive into integrations with identity providers, ITSM, MDM, HRIS, and cloud stacks
• Translate technical environments into scoped value-based use cases for pilots
• Act as the credible voice on security, access, guardrails, and compliance
• Build the foundational SE toolkit including demo environments and reference architectures
• Bridge the gap between the field and product by capturing feature gaps and objections

Requirements

• 5+ years in solutions engineering or a comparable pre-sales technical role
• Track record of selling technical products to senior IT and security buyers
• Deep technical depth in architecture reviews and integration debugging
• Fluency with modern IT and identity stacks (IdPs, SCIM, ITSM, APIs)
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for both engineers and executives
• Experience with ITSM, IGA, access management, security, or AI automation is a plus
