Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of the most important enterprise customers
- Carry a Net Revenue Retention (NRR) target to drive account growth
- Deeply understand customer business needs and unlock new use cases
- Act as a trusted advisor to help customers improve their AI agents over time
Requirements
- 2+ years in startups (CSM, AM), technical consulting, or high-performance environments
- Proven track record of growing and retaining customer relationships
- Technical curiosity and comfort getting hands-on with the product
- Strong communication skills and a deep curiosity to learn
