Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of the most important enterprise customers
  • Carry a Net Revenue Retention (NRR) target to drive account growth
  • Deeply understand customer business needs and unlock new use cases
  • Act as a trusted advisor to help customers improve their AI agents over time

Requirements

  • 2+ years in startups (CSM, AM), technical consulting, or high-performance environments
  • Proven track record of growing and retaining customer relationships
  • Technical curiosity and comfort getting hands-on with the product
  • Strong communication skills and a deep curiosity to learn
