Founding Enterprise Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Qualify client leads through discovery calls and identify prospective DSOs to stimulate new client acquisition
• Execute a hybrid multi-level selling approach to win large customers at both the practice and executive levels
• Build, execute, and scale efforts within the enterprise channel, focusing on large group practices
• Serve as a core stakeholder in defining the enterprise sales process for Dandy
• Meticulously track all sales activity using Salesforce to meet high-level KPIs and revenue targets
• Work closely with senior sales leadership to contribute to the direction of the growing sales team

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience in a high-growth startup environment
• Proven experience closing deals, specifically with mid-market clients or through multi-level selling
• Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and ramp up quickly with limited resources
• Strong commitment to continuous improvement and professional development

Preferred Qualifications

• SaaS sales experience
• Relevant experience working with Dental or Private Practice Medical ICPs
• Experience with marketplace business models
• Experience working in blitz growth environments
