Dandy is transforming the massive and antiquated dental industry—an industry worth over $400B. We are building the operating system for dental offices around the world, empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify client leads through discovery calls
  • Identify and call prospective DSO to stimulate new client acquisition
  • Take a hybrid multi-level selling approach to win large customers at both practice and executive levels
  • Meticulously track sales activity using Salesforce
  • Serve as a core stakeholder in defining the enterprise sales process
  • Work with senior sales leadership to meet high-level KPIs and revenue targets

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a high-growth startup environment
  • SaaS experience is highly preferred
  • Deep experience closing mid-market or multi-level deals
  • Highly skilled and organized in Salesforce or related CRM
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and ramp up quickly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant experience with Dental or Private Practice Medical ICP
  • Experience with marketplace models
  • Experience in blitz growth environments
