Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Research and Design to create new ways to use AI
- Rapidly prototype product ideas and productionize novel AI research
- Set the talent and culture standards for Worktrace AI’s engineering team
- Identify key areas for engineering investment and build the technical foundation
Requirements
- Experience with machine learning and/or data pipelines
- Experience building user-facing products
- High standards of engineering excellence
