We are building autonomous, intelligent systems where brands can find the most profitable ways to grow their revenue through ads without manual effort or expensive agencies. Our team comes from Palantir, Google, Jane Street, Citadel, and Two Sigma.
Responsibilities
- Define and build the core technology stack that powers Polynomic
- Work on frontier AI problems, data infrastructure, and agent orchestration
- Build autonomous, intelligent systems to deliver the next generation of performance marketing
- Own and deliver on ambitious, ambiguous projects involving hard technical challenges
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability and pace through shipped products, research, open-source, startups, or competitions
- Interest in solving challenges like SFT/RL, bandits, reasoning, and multi-agent systems
- Ability to work in-person in New York City
