About the Company

Modo is the AI success layer for the enterprise. We sit inside the flow of work, capture how teams actually use AI, guide them in the moment, and give leaders the ROI analytics to understand which AI tools and workflows are actually creating value. We are a Seed stage startup backed by One Way Ventures, Pear VC, Peterson Ventures, and JFF Ventures.

Responsibilities

• Write production code and own features end-to-end from prototype to production
• Talk to customers and join pilot calls to turn feedback into product changes
• Influence the product roadmap directly and help close deals by building fast
• Build core product surfaces including employee-facing guidance UX and manager dashboards
• Wire up LLM features and set up telemetry and evaluation systems
• Architect key parts of the system and help shape engineering culture

Requirements

• Experience shipping full-stack production-ready products in fast-moving environments
• Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Next.js, backend APIs, and Postgres
• Experience building across web and desktop (Electron, Tauri, or similar)
• Proven track record of building LLM-powered features in production
• Strong production habits including CI/CD, testing, and observability
• Native with AI coding agents
• Obsessive focus on customer needs and ability to debug and talk to users

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building browser-based automation tools
• Experience building developer or enterprise tools
