Marloo is building the AI partner for financial advisers. Backed by Blackbird Ventures, we are developing the infrastructure the profession needs to guide people through critical financial decisions. We have already onboarded over 650 firms across six countries.

Responsibilities

• Full-stack development of core product features end-to-end
• Establish foundational architecture and technical patterns to scale the company
• Shape engineering culture and act as the codebase authority
• Collaborate directly with founders to translate user needs into technical solutions
• Utilize AI tools daily for architecting, building, and debugging

Requirements

• Full-stack or backend coding excellence
• Deep commitment to transforming financial advisory
• Strong business acumen with product and growth orientation
• Proficiency with modern AI development tools
• Ability to prioritize in-person collaboration and travel internationally
• High risk tolerance and comfort with ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in engineering hiring, management, or development
• Startup experience navigating product-market fit
• Experience implementing security infrastructure and data privacy compliance
