Jack & Jill is rebuilding the global labor market using agentic AI. We have developed two core products: Jack, a career co-pilot for candidates, and Jill, an AI talent partner for companies. Backed by $20M from Creandum, we are a high-growth, founder-heavy team moving at breakneck speed to redefine how people and companies connect.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale agentic AI products from first principles
• Take full ownership of complex technical problems and find creative solutions
• Work closely with a small team of exceptional engineers and operators to execute at high speed
• Make smart technical trade-offs to maintain momentum and product impact

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Strong team player with no "brilliant jerk" tendencies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, or PostgreSQL
• Background in building AI-driven products or agentic workflows
