Responsibilities
- Design and build core infrastructure for data ingestion, evaluation, and benchmarking at scale
- Implement automated pipelines for measuring model reliability and evaluation metrics
- Lead DevOps and cloud automation
- Collaborate directly with AI research labs and enterprise clients
- Contribute to technical direction, culture, and engineering standards
Requirements
- 1-5 years experience building and scaling backend systems
- Strong experience with frontend development
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP)
- Expertise in DevOps, CI/CD, and performance tuning
- Experience building end-to-end systems from scratch
- Proven collaboration record with small teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building large-scale ML evaluation or annotation platforms
- Experience designing metrics pipelines for AI workflows
- Background in AI research teams or startups
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring high ownership
