Founding Engineer

About the Company

FlowGen Labs is a well-funded SF Bay Area startup backed by tier-1 investors. We are building an agentic platform to solve complex software problems inside the Global 2000, blending program analysis, developer tooling, and code generation to transform legacy enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Own zero-to-one product development and infrastructure
• Design the agentic layer, implementing self-checking, reflection, and verification passes
• Orchestrate agentic workflows and retrieval augmented generation
• Stand up inference paths with low latency serving and token-level observability
• Productionize prompt pipelines, retrieval, and light fine-tuning
• Work directly with customers on high-leverage projects
• Help define company culture, engineering bar, and product roadmap

Requirements

• Experience orchestrating agentic workflows and RAG
• Experience with low latency inference serving and observability
• Ability to productionize prompt pipelines and fine-tuning
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for development and testing
• Ownership mentality and crisp communication skills
• Ability to move fast and learn new technology stacks quickly
