Responsibilities

• Help shape the technical vision and product direction
• Own work end to end and ship fast
• Use AI to scale thinking, building, and shipping
• Spot talent and spread knowledge and skills within the team
• Shield users from complexity through resilient system design

Requirements

• Proficiency in React.js, NodeJS, and TypeScript
• Ability to think in both systems and pixels
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
• Proactive approach to hunting for or building engineering tools
• Resilience to complexity
