Responsibilities

• Design the engine for ad delivery inside AI experiences and supporting infrastructure
• Build the ad decisioning pipeline including candidate retrieval, scoring, filtering, and ranking under strict latency SLAs
• Develop a lightweight Publisher SDK for AI app developers
• Build delivery infrastructure for pacing, frequency capping, budget management, and campaign throttling
• Implement an observability stack for real-time dashboards covering auction win rates, fill rates, revenue, and latency

Requirements

• Evidence of technical excellence and high-calibre engineering design
• Experience with low-latency network infrastructure or data pipelines serving high request volumes
• Experience with scalable, self-healing infrastructure and compute worker management
• Experience with high-frequency trading systems or AI agent harnesses is a plus
• Ability to operate independently and take extreme ownership of outcomes
• Ability to ship extremely fast using AI to accelerate impact
