Doji is reimagining fashion shopping through AI avatars, personalized try-on, and social discovery. Backed by investors behind OpenAI, Cursor, and SKIMS, our team combines advanced AI research with a deep understanding of contemporary culture to build interfaces that make shopping feel alive.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end prototypes quickly to test early product ideas
• Execute deep technical work including optimizing feed rankers, profiling endpoints, and debugging complex race conditions or memory leaks
• Own personalization systems including retrieval, ranking, and cold-start logic
• Ship core infrastructure such as data pipelines, internal tools, and evaluation systems
• Develop LLM-powered systems designed for production reliability
• Collaborate directly with founders on product strategy and technical direction

Requirements

• Experience working on consumer products, social products, or marketplaces at scale
• Ability to move between scrappy prototyping and deep technical optimization
• High agency and ability to ramp up quickly on unfamiliar domains
• Strong taste for consumer product design and user experience
• Self-driven mindset with a focus on getting unstuck independently
• Interest in fashion, avatars, or creative expression

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience shipping iOS or native mobile applications
• Background in AI/ML infrastructure, including training pipelines, evaluation systems, or data flywheels
