Responsibilities

• Own large parts of the product end-to-end, from user insight to production
• Build and improve agentic systems to increase accuracy, reliability, and power
• Work at the frontier of AI engineering, including context engineering, tool use, and agent architectures
• Engage with users to understand pain points and scope features that solve real problems
• Push AI-first development using tools like Claude Code and coding agents
• Maintain a high bar through fast code reviews and codebase maintenance

Requirements

• Backend-heavy full-stack engineering expertise
• Experience building AI products, ideally agentic systems or AI coding tools
• Proficiency with Go and Vite/TypeScript
• Proven ability to build products from scratch (startups, side projects, or major features)
• Strong product sense and ability to thrive in ambiguity without detailed specs
• Ability to operate at a CTO-level, scoping and building end-to-end
