Responsibilities

• Combine analytics and user research to identify user needs and lead product improvements
• Propose pragmatic solutions and estimate technical effort and business impact
• Own features end-to-end from problem framing to UI/UX design, implementation, and testing
• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screens in Figma
• Write clean, performant, and well-tested code on iOS (Swift, SwiftUI) and/or backend (Go, Node.js)
• Identify key metrics and take ownership for achieving success
• Contribute to high-level strategic decisions and product roadmaps

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in iOS programming (Swift/SwiftUI)
• Strong UI/UX design skills with proficiency in Figma
• Product mindset with a focus on user needs and data-driven decisions
• Ability to build both quick prototypes and production-grade systems
• Experience shipping meaningful B2C mobile app features
• Fluent in English (French is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with backend technologies like Go or Node.js
• Proficiency in data analysis and hypothesis testing
