Founding Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build core product features end-to-end (backend and/or mobile/web), from idea to production
• Take full ownership of projects including scope, architecture, implementation, and rollout
• Jump onto critical initiatives such as SDK, network, and new product bets
• Ship high-quality, testable code at high speed
• Use AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and Copilot as part of the everyday development toolkit

Requirements

• Strong experience as a senior or staff-level engineer in product teams
• Deep hands-on skills in TypeScript/Node, mobile, or frontend
• Proven zero-to-one experience in early-stage startups or founding roles
• Track record of owning complex projects and delivering them to production
• Product-minded approach with a focus on impact
• Clear communication skills in English
