About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end customer relationship with high-level institutional stakeholders, including system offices, chancellors, and IT leadership.
- Translate executive priorities and institutional needs into actionable product scope and requirements.
- Partner with a Founding Forward-Deployed Engineer to ensure software delivery leads to actual user adoption.
- Define success metrics and deployment playbooks to help scale Starbridge's institutional engagement model.
- Manage a multi-million dollar P&L from end-to-end.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing enterprise or institutional customer relationships.
- Proven track record of managing engagements lasting 18+ months as the primary strategic owner.
- Direct accountability for $1M+ in annual contract value or program budget.
- Experience authoring customer requirements, statements of work, or product roadmaps that engineering teams have shipped against.
- Ability to work onsite in our NYC office 4 days a week and travel to customer sites approximately once a week.
