Inworld is a research lab of top researchers and engineers, building the world’s top-ranked realtime voice models. Their technology powers experiences for companies like NVIDIA, Microsoft Xbox, and Niantic, representing hundreds of millions of end users.

Responsibilities

• Own the developer relations strategy end to end to grow awareness and adoption
• Collaborate with product and GTM to engage customers on best practices and integrations
• Build and ship integration examples, reference architectures, and sample apps
• Create technical content including tutorials, blog posts, video walkthroughs, and guides
• Represent Inworld at conferences, hackathons, and developer events
• Surface developer feedback to advocate for the developer experience internally
• Define and track metrics such as community engagement and time-to-first-integration

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, or a closely adjacent technical role
• Strong hands-on coding ability to write and ship real integration code
• Hands-on experience with AI native development and coding agents
• Deep familiarity with AI/ML APIs and workflows around LLMs, speech, and streaming
• Exceptional technical communication skills for writing and public speaking

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with voice AI, TTS, STT, or realtime audio
• Prior experience at a high-growth startup in a founding DevRel capacity
• Active presence in developer communities or open source contributions
