With two dedicated agents—Jack for candidates and Jill for companies—the platform is transforming how people find jobs and how companies hire. Backed by $20M in funding led by Creandum, the team is composed of experienced serial founders and engineers moving at breakneck speed.

Responsibilities

• Innovate by building up the characters of Jack & Jill
• Ideate novel interfaces and create industry-leading workflows for B2B and B2C AI interactions
• Prototype user experiences from company onboarding to candidate hiring
• Engage with candidates and companies to build empathy and understand user interactions
• Evolve the brand and design language to ensure consistency across the product

Requirements

• Deep experience in product design with the ability to lead the problem space
• Ability to think strategically, tactically, and aesthetically about user experience
• High agency and ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
• Strong product focus with an emphasis on user impact
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a small, high-performance team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for voice, audio, and visual mediums
• Experience with agentic AI systems or novel user interfaces
