About the Company

Finch is building the infrastructure to make justice radically more accessible. We are a modern consumer law company that automates administrative work to put clients first, starting with personal injury. Backed by Sequoia and Redpoint, we are rebuilding how the law serves everyday Americans from first principles.

Responsibilities

• Own design across the entire surface area including product, brand, and emerging AI experiences
• Build internal case management tools for legal operations
• Design law firm-facing portals for case visibility and control
• Shape client experiences to make complicated legal processes clear and navigable
• Define public brand, marketing site, and visual identity
• Establish the company's earliest design system

Requirements

• 4+ years as a founding or sole designer, or 7+ years in a senior/lead design role
• Portfolio demonstrating strong product design, systems thinking, and visual craft
• Proven ability to operate in 0→1 environments
• Ability to work across product, brand, and visual design independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for operations-heavy or workflow-driven B2B products
• Familiarity with AI surface design, specifically regarding trust and clarity
• Experience building or contributing to a design system from the ground up
