About the role
About the Company
Endex is on a mission to bridge the present to the inevitable by building the most sophisticated digital coworker native in Excel. We are working on the frontier of agentic development and applied finance, backed by OpenAI.
Responsibilities
- Design the end-to-end user journey for interacting with AI agents in Excel
- Craft onboarding and activation experiences for new users
- Build and maintain a scalable design system from scratch
- Shape the brand's visual identity through product, marketing, and collateral
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product to ship designs within technical constraints
- Design growth and conversion flows including signup and pricing pages
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience at technology companies (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience designing complex workflows or enterprise software
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in finance or financial services
- Experience designing AI/ML products or agentic interfaces
- Experience with design systems or component libraries
- Front-end development skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
- Experience at early-stage startups
