About the Company

Concourse builds AI agents for corporate finance teams. We connect core enterprise data sources and deploy AI agents that can analyze the data through natural language, deliver insights in seconds, and enable our customers to make better decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product design process from concept to high-fidelity mockups
• Work closely with engineering and product to ship fast, intuitive experiences
• Evolve Concourse's design system in Figma
• Translate complex financial data and AI workflows into simple interfaces
• Own visual identity across website, marketing assets, decks, and social
• Set high design standards for taste, quality, and creative direction

Requirements

• 3-6 years of product design experience, ideally at a fast-moving startup
• World-class Figma skills
• Strong product instincts regarding flows, edge cases, and user psychology
• Portfolio demonstrating complex product UI and clean visual design
• Ability to work in ambiguity and communicate design decisions clearly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing data-heavy or enterprise products
• Technical comfort or experience with vibe coding
