About the Company

Blueberry is building the 1:1 marketer for the world’s most ambitious brands. Our product performs deep research on social followers, enables brands to authentically engage through personalized DMs, and delivers the perfect offer tailored to each customer at exactly the right moment. Responsibilities

• Design Blueberry alongside the founders from zero-to-one through early scale
• Establish core product design language, system, and identity
• Translate customer needs into elegant, intuitive product experiences
• Prototype, test, and iterate using Figma or modern AI tools
• Design and ship features end-to-end from wireframes to pixel-perfect UI
• Partner closely with engineering to ensure technical feasibility and performance
• Engage directly with customers to validate designs and iterate based on usage
• Contribute to outward-facing visual work including marketing assets and brand moments

Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience
• Experience in AI-native products, SaaS, consumer apps, or DTC-adjacent tools
• Strong product judgment and ability to make tradeoffs in ambiguity
• High attention to detail regarding interactions, copy, and edge cases
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build from the ground up
