About the Company

Automat was founded by a diverse group of creative technologists from teams like Google Creative Lab and Google Robotics at X. We are building the simplest way for companies to create AI agents that take on repetitive, tedious tasks, redefining Enterprise AI Agents, RPA, and Intelligent Document Processing.

Responsibilities

• Design Automat’s platform and create a brand language across every surface of the experience
• Work directly with the co-founder CEO to shape the product vision
• Solve ambiguous problem spaces through rapid prototyping and making
• Take experiences end-to-end from initial concept to production
• Invent new creative possibilities enabled by AI interactions

Requirements

• Deep technical skill in design with an appreciation for excellent engineering
• Experience in a fast-moving, high-growth setting
• Proven ability to take products from concept to production
• Exceptional design taste and attention to detail
• Ability to solve ambiguous problems through hands-on making

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coding full-stack applications independently
• Proficiency with Git
• Award-winning product or design work
• Strong writing skills
